PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dopecy Co., including its subsidiaries and affiliates. By accessing or using the Dopecy Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated herein. Dopecy operates an online marketplace that connects Buyers, Sellers, and independent third-party delivery providers. Dopecy facilitates transactions but is not a party to any agreement between Users.
Key terms used throughout this Agreement:
Dopecy provides an online marketplace platform connecting Buyers with independent Sellers and independent delivery providers. Dopecy does not manufacture, sell, or control products listed by Sellers and does not guarantee product availability, quality, or accuracy. Dopecy may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice.
You must be at least the legal age required in your jurisdiction to use the Platform or purchase age-restricted products. Users under 18 may only use the Platform with parental or legal guardian consent.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.
All Content on the Platform is owned by Dopecy or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit Content without written permission. By submitting Content (including listings, reviews, images), you grant Dopecy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such Content for operating and promoting the Platform.
You agree not to:
Dopecy is a technology platform only and does not control transactions between Users. Sellers are solely responsible for: product legality, product quality, accuracy of listings, and fulfillment of Orders. Dopecy is not responsible for disputes between Users.
Dopecy Drivers are independent contractors and not employees or agents of Dopecy. Dopecy does not provide delivery services and is not responsible for actions or omissions of Drivers.
Dopecy does not guarantee payment processing availability and may suspend or cancel transactions that violate applicable law or payment processor requirements. Users are responsible for taxes, fees, and applicable charges.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dopecy, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." Dopecy disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Dopecy does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dopecy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
Age-restricted products are only available where legally permitted. Users are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws.
Users must meet the minimum legal age required in their jurisdiction.
Delivery personnel may require valid government-issued identification. Failure to provide ID may result in cancellation.
Delivery may be refused if: recipient is underage, recipient is intoxicated, or legal compliance cannot be verified.
Age-restricted items are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law or Dopecy policy.
If you are a California resident, you may be entitled to additional rights under California law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"). Dopecy does not sell personal information in the traditional sense. California residents may request disclosure or deletion of personal data, or opt out of certain data sharing practices.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in courts located in Delaware.
Dopecy may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or applicable law.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
