Effective Date: January 1, 2026
This Arbitration Agreement is part of the Dopecy Terms of Use and applies to all disputes between you and Dopecy Co. By using the Dopecy Platform, you agree that any dispute between you and Dopecy will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
You and Dopecy agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the following shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court:
YOU AND DOPECY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. All disputes will be resolved by a neutral arbitrator, not a judge or jury.

The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve all disputes, including interpretation of this Agreement, enforceability of this Arbitration clause, liability issues, and damages or remedies. However, the arbitrator may not:

Payment of arbitration fees will be governed by AAA rules.
Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead of arbitration, provided the claim remains within that court's jurisdiction.
You may opt out of this Arbitration Agreement within 30 days of first accepting it. To opt out, send written notice to support@dopecy.com including your full name, account email, and a statement that you opt out of arbitration. If you opt out, you retain the right to sue in court.
This Arbitration Agreement survives termination of your account, closure of the Dopecy Platform relationship, and completion of services.
If any part of this Arbitration Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
This Arbitration Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
This Arbitration Agreement is incorporated into and forms part of the Dopecy Terms of Use. In the event of conflict, this Arbitration Agreement governs dispute resolution.
