This Seller Agreement is entered into between Dopecy Co. and any individual or entity registering as a seller on the Dopecy Platform. By registering as a Seller or listing products on the Dopecy Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and the Dopecy Terms of Use.

Seller is solely responsible for:
All Sellers must upload and maintain a clear Return Policy for each product or store profile on the Dopecy Platform. This Return Policy must be accurate and transparent, comply with applicable consumer protection laws, and be clearly visible to Buyers before purchase.
Unless otherwise stated by the Seller and approved by Dopecy, the following default return standard applies:
Sellers may define stricter return conditions ONLY if clearly disclosed before purchase, compliant with applicable consumer laws, and approved or not rejected by Dopecy moderation system. Dopecy reserves the right to enforce the 14-day return rule where Seller policies are unclear, missing, or non-compliant.

Seller agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dopecy, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from Seller products, Seller listings, Seller violations of law, and customer disputes involving Seller products.
Dopecy may suspend or terminate Seller accounts at any time for:
Seller may only use Dopecy systems for lawful business purposes and agrees not to:

Dopecy may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
This Seller Agreement is incorporated into and governed by the Dopecy Terms of Use. In case of conflict, this Seller Agreement will control regarding Seller obligations.
