Driver Agreement

1INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR RELATIONSHIP

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, joint venture, or partner of Dopecy.
• Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment relationship.
• You are solely responsible for all taxes, insurance, expenses, and legal obligations arising from your activities.

2DRIVER SERVICES

Drivers may receive opportunities to:

• Pick up orders from Sellers or designated locations
• Deliver orders to customers
• Provide proof of delivery (as required)

3DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be of legal age in your jurisdiction
• Possess valid driver's license (if applicable)
• Maintain valid vehicle insurance (if applicable)
• Have a reliable means of transportation (car, bike, scooter, etc.)
• Comply with all applicable traffic laws and regulations

4CONDUCT & PERFORMANCE STANDARDS

Drivers agree to:

• Provide safe and professional service
• Handle orders with care
• Follow delivery instructions accurately
• Comply with all applicable laws
• Treat customers, Sellers, and Dopecy staff respectfully

5DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for:

• Safe transportation of goods
• Maintaining condition of delivered items
• Timely completion of deliveries
• Verifying recipient identity when required (age-restricted deliveries)

6PAYMENT & COMPENSATION

• Drivers will be compensated per completed delivery or as otherwise agreed.
• Payments are processed through third-party payment systems.
• Dopecy may deduct fees, refunds, chargebacks, or penalties from earnings.
• Earnings are not guaranteed and may vary.

7VEHICLE, EQUIPMENT & EXPENSES

You are solely responsible for:

• Vehicle costs
• Fuel
• Insurance
• Maintenance
• Mobile device and data usage

8SAFETY & COMPLIANCE

Drivers must comply with all applicable laws, including:

• Traffic laws
• Safety regulations
• Local delivery restrictions
• Age-restricted delivery requirements (if applicable)

9INDEPENDENCE & FLEXIBILITY

You have full control over:

• Working hours
• Delivery acceptance
• Work schedule
• Geographic availability

10DATA & PLATFORM USAGE

Drivers agree not to:

11TERMINATION & DEACTIVATION

Dopecy may suspend or deactivate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Fraud or misconduct
• Safety violations
• Customer complaints
• Legal compliance issues
• Breach of this Agreement

12LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Dopecy is not liable for driver actions, delays, accidents, or damages
• Dopecy is not responsible for lost income or business opportunities
• Dopecy provides the Platform "as is" without guarantees of earnings

13INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dopecy and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your delivery services
• Your negligence or misconduct
• Traffic violations or accidents
• Violation of laws or this Agreement

14INSURANCE

Drivers are responsible for maintaining any legally required insurance, including auto insurance and liability coverage (if applicable). Dopecy does not provide insurance coverage for Drivers.

15GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16MODIFICATIONS

Dopecy may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
